CRP prepared the Columbus and Franklin County 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan, including an executive summary and the full plan. The documents below represent the City of Columbus version of the Consolidated Plan, The Franklin County Version, and the combined version.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires state and local jurisdictions to prepare a Consolidated Plan in order to receive funding from HUD programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
