CRP prepared this paper to lay out state workforce and economic development alignment options, based on several policy proposals under consideration in Ohio and a review of practices in other states and national policy research. It presents: 1) models of state agency reorganization and coordination; 2) models of regional sector strategies; and 3) strategies for the effective use of state resources.
