Leave No Worker or Training Dollar Behind, September 2008

Community Research Partners partnered with The Center for Community Solutions and Policy Matters Ohio to release a joint report that found that Ohio is at risk of losing out on federal funds to train laid-off workers if it does not step up efforts to enroll more workers. Prompted by the release of the report in August, the program has spread from 18 counties to 34, and the number of workers enrolled in training has more than doubled, from 336 to 780.
