Transportation Resource and Needs Assessment, March 2008
Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission

Community Research Partners worked with the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) to conduct a resource and needs assessment of transportation services in Franklin County. This assessment is part of the county’s Coordinated Plan for transportation, which is tied to the ability of local agencies to obtain federal transportation funds. The assessment focused on current funding, services, and needs for three groups – older adults, people with disabilities, and low-income persons – who often rely on transportation providers.
